Realizing how inhumane trailers are, he decided to build a house around the trailer. But he never made any blueprints. It's 38 years, 4 floors and 100 windows later and Paul is getting close to finishing. Director Mike Plante is in Austin serving as one of the panelists for the Austin Film Society's 2009 Texas Filmmakers' Production Fund, a grant program for Texas filmmakers.
