New Member Mixer

Are you new to the Austin Film Society? Have you been a member for a while, but want to find out more about your membership benefits? Want to meet other AFS members? Join Austin Film Society staff and interns for our first bi-monthly new member orientation and mixer!

We welcome new and renewing members to stop by the Austin Film Society, located on the lot of Austin Studios (1901 E. 51st Street), to meet our staff and interns, take a tour of the Studios, learn about your membership benefits, have a drink or two and maybe watch some films.

Austin Studios Director of Operations Catherine Parrington will lead a tour of the Studios starting at 6:30pm - if you are a filmmaker considering shooting at the Studios or interested in screening or break room rentals, this is the tour to be on to get all of your questions answered.

Your RSVP will help us determine how much beer to buy, but feel free to drop in at any point. Can’t make this mixer? We’ll do it again in early September.
