Al Reinert, Academy Award-Nominated director of the documentary FOR ALL MANKIND, and screenwriter on the blockbuster hit APOLLO 13 will join us for an in-depth discussion about storytelling for both non-fiction and fiction features. Looking back at clips from Reinert’s work, we’ll discuss his approach and process for his award-winning documentary informed his screenwriting career in Hollywood. Additionally, we’ll discuss Reinert’s work-in-progress documentary, AN UNREAL DREAM, the story of Texan Michael Morton who was convicted of brutally murdering his wife in 1986 and served a twenty five year prison sentence before DNA evidence proved his innocence.
