Q&A with the Filmmakers after the screening!
Carter Frazier is scared but you wouldn’t know it from the smile on his face. You may say he’s lazy, jobless, broke, but you wouldn’t say he’s scared. That’s because he keeps his distance from the world, hiding out in a little arts community in Far West Texas. He doesn’t put himself on the line, he doesn't really feel it, but it's an un-lived life. He needs a shake up, something "ridiculous." And it comes in the form of a famous lost work of post modern art that a strange man gives him before killing himself. Or was it murder? The cops want to know. And that's not his only problem. Just when Carter learns the painting could be worth millions -- that it could literally change his life overnight -- it's gone.
