For more than two decades, The Austin Film Society has served as the hub of Austin’s vibrant film community. Summer @ Austin Studios offers a unique opportunity to work with local filmmakers and experience the magic of film and filmmaking.

ABOUT INDIE FILMMAKER III CAMP  (AGES 15-18) From script to screen, how does your vision become a reality?  Learn the techniques and tricks of creating narrative film projects.  Whether your interest is comedy, drama or something in-between, this camp will explore all aspects of the film industry, including short live-action and animation work.  Students will be able to write and film their own stories and share in the movie-making experience.  Do you like cameras? Or audio? Or hair and makeup?  You'll experience it all at our Indie Filmmakers summer camp!
