Screenwriting Essentials with Ira Israel

Austin School of Film is pleased to announce the addition of Ira Israel to our faculty. An award winning screenwriter, Ira will be teaching Screenwriting Essentials; this course teaches not only the proper formatting and structure of screenplays but guides students to thoroughly examine the art of storytelling so that they can find their original voices and develop deliberately constructed narratives that are cogent and enthralling and yet feel perfectly organic.

Class meets on Wednesday evenings.
