AFS is proud to be hosting our annual Amplify Assembly Mixer and Mission Control events @ Austin Public in early 2020. This program supports small, local nonprofit organizations participating in Amplify Austin, I Live Here I Give Here’s annual day of community-wide online giving.
MISSION CONTROL EVENT
WHEN: Thursday, March 5th from 6-10pm
WHERE: Austin Public – 1143 Northwestern Ave. Austin, TX 78702
WHAT: an event where small, local nonprofits can kick start their Amplify Austin campaigns.
That night we’ll provide:
- Work space for several people for each organization
- Social media live streaming from our studios (30-minute slots) on your Facebook or Youtube
- Tech support
- Food and drinks
The nonprofits attending the Mission Control event will also have free access to our studios and tech support during the month of February leading up to Amplify Austin Day. These studio sessions in February leading up to Amplify Austin Day can serve as a consultation for your studio slot on March 5, studio training or filming a PSA or shoutout to use during Amplify.
The Mission Control event and studio availability will be approved through an application process. The application is below.
Everyone applying will hear back either way by Wednesday, Feb. 5th.
