There will also be time to meet your fellow class attendees as well as an informal tour of Austin Public and AFS operational staff introductions.

The seven Representations & Warranties topics covered include:

1. Defamation & Invasion of Privacy laws
2. Texas state obscenities law
3. Material contrary to the law
4. Commercialism
5. Solicitation of funds
6. Unlawful copyright use
7. Immediate danger or damage

This is the one required class other than Orientation to become a Producer at Austin Public. The class is taught by Doug Gray, Austin Public’s General Manager, and there will be allotted class time at the end to answer any program questions you may have or receive an update on your program status.
