Feature Screenplay Table Read

Robbie was part of a wildly successful country music duo but quit unexpectedly. Sixteen years later, he’s working as a dishwasher and the only thing he has left of his glory days is his prized guitar, Babydoll. But when Babydoll is stolen, Robbie is devastated. That’s when he runs into 15-year-old Hayley, the idealistic daughter of a former back-up singer. They make a deal: Hayley will drive him across Texas to find Babydoll, if Robbie will introduce her to the man she believes is her father – his famous former music partner he hasn’t seen in 16 years. Written by Susan Busa.
