Do I have to log in to the AFS website to buy tickets?

No, logging in to this website is not required to buy tickets.

Members and producers will need to log in to redeem their membership benefits.

Why does my log-in for the website no longer work?

We recently launched a new website and database, so every Member and Producer will need to create a new username and password. In early May, we sent an email to AFS members and producers in an effort to help facilitate this process with the subject line “Activate Your New AFS Account.” If you did not receive it or if it has become buried in an email graveyard, do not hesitate to call us at 512.322.0145 x 0 for help with your new log-in credentials. We are available to answer your questions Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you’re not a current AFS member or producer, you will not need to have a login for our new website.

Do I have to be a member to attend events?

No. Most AFS events are open to the public, but members get the best ticket prices and first notice of everything we show. Members-only events include free Sneak Peeks and quarterly Member Mixers. Lovers and Premiere Circle members get preferred seating, and every member gets extra tickets for friends—after all, movies are best when enjoyed with a group.

You must be logged in as an active AFS member to see your free or discounted ticket option. If you are a current member, you should have received your new username and password in early May 2017, or as soon as you joined AFS. If you have any issues, please call us at 512-322-0145 or email us.

You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password.” Also, passwords are case sensitive. Check your caps lock.
