SCIENCE ON SCREEN: FOR ALL MANKIND
For a very special Science On Screen presentation, AFS will screen Al Reinert's seminal archival documentary about the first moon landing, followed by what is sure to be an unforgettable discussion as we welcome Reinert alongside the retired NASA mission controllers who guided the Apollo missions. We'll discuss the atmosphere in the control room and the scientific breakthroughs that paved the way for mankind's "giant leap". Science on Screen is a partnership with the Coolidge Corner Theater and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
