Memories are lost and found in Lorena Alvarado’s subtle “adventure film in minor” (In Review Online). With her grandmother’s memory fading, Ena returns to Venezuela and finds her bookseller grandfather on the hunt for rare Venezuelan books — a desperate bid to preserve the only past he has left.
