Blonde Death

Directed by James Robert Baker

USA, 1984, 1h 33min, Digital

There are no current or future screenings planned for this film.

The late pulp author James Robert Baker only directed one movie, but it’s sure memorable. Shot on video with a driving punk soundtrack, it follows a teenage couple on a crime bender. Baker was an excellent writer and an angry, angry man, a perfect combination.

The Friday, August 18 screening of BLONDE DEATH will be co-hosted by Zack Carlson, co-author of “Destroy All Movies: The Complete Guide To Punks on Film.”
