“An unsettling succession of climaxes”
Cahiers du Cinéma

Sex, gangs, and phantoms are on the curriculum when fourteen-year old Bruno goes to live in the suburbs of Paris, where he meets Jean-Roger, the classroom terror who teaches him an education best gotten outside of the classroom. Jean-Clause Brisseau (THE EXTERMINATING ANGELS) directs a genre mish-mash that adds teeth to his statement “In my films, I never give answers.”
