There are no current or future screenings planned for this film.

This taut and suspenseful but deeply poetic film, directed by the legendary Mexican auteur Arturo Ripstein and written by Carlos Fuentes and Gabriel García Márquez, is back on screens after years of obscurity. After serving 18 years in prison for killing a fellow townsman, a Mexican vaquero returns to his village and tries to resume a normal life, but the town will not let him forget.
