Classic Chemistry

There are no current or future screenings planned for this film.

The Valentine’s Day screening will be accompanied by a PAJAMA PARTY & SLEEPWEAR CONTEST on February 14, hosted by distinguished Austin actor Heather Kafka (TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (2003), IDIOCRACY, LOVERS OF HATE, JOE). Celebrity judges Trish Hurless of Rubypearl Clothing, Bob Ray of CrashCam Films, and CSA Casting Director Beth Sepko-Lindsey will hand out over $550 in prizes.* Vintage sleepwear is the theme, but judges will not exclude from consideration creative riffs on any form of sleepwear.

Following the screening, join us for LOVE SONG KARAOKE in the lobby!

The Classic Chemistry series is programmed by Caroline Frick, Associate Professor in the Radio-Television-Film department of the University of Texas and Executive Director of the Texas Archive of the Moving Image. Professor Frick will join us for a special audience discussion after the first screening of each film.
