Derek Jarman’s film THE GARDEN is abloom with rage and longing; a work of genius; a work of life in all its complicated, all-too-human nature, and it’s paired here with book club selection Modern Nature, Jarman’s part-diary/part-meditation on the reality of HIV-seropositivity in the 1980s.
