While on vacation, two besties (Mo’Nique and Kendra C. Johnson) struggling with body-image issues meet two rich, handsome Nigerian doctors (Jimmy Jean-Louis and comedian Godfrey) who invite them to a traditional African party where they are the belles of the ball because of their full figures. A whole new world opens up for them, culturally and romantically, changing their lives forever. This groundbreaking, glow-up film celebrates the beauty of black bodies, Nigerian culture, Afrobeats, and Pan-African love.
