Community Partnerships

AFS offers three ways for groups to have screenings or events at our theaters.

  • Community Partnerships: Partnership screenings with fellow nonprofits that speak to both of our missions
  • Nonprofit Rates: Reduced rentals for nonprofit groups
  • Private Event Rentals

Nonprofit Rates

AFS offers discounted rentals for non-profit organizations looking to use our theaters for events that do not qualify for the Community Partnerships program.

These rentals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that these rentals are limited. For more information or questions, please email rentals@austinfilm.org.

Private Event Rentals

Not a non-profit? Looking for a venue for your fundraiser? If you are interested in using AFS’s spaces for an event that does that fall under any of the above programs, please reach out to rentals@austinfilm.org.
