The Austin Film Society announces the official Netflix premiere of HIT MAN, the new, highly anticipated film from Richard Linklater, co-written, produced by, and starring by Glen Powell alongside Adria Arjona. The premiere will take place on May 15 in downtown Austin, TX, where AFS will also induct Glen Powell into the Texas Film Hall of Fame.
Glen Powell is known for his previous collaborations with Richard Linklater (EVERYBODY WANTS SOME!!, APOLLO 10 ½, FAST FOOD NATION), for his appearances in box-office smash hits like TOP GUN: MAVERICK and ANYONE BUT YOU with Sydney Sweeney, and as the Austin-born actor who will help revive the TWISTER franchise later this year.
